WORK EXPERIENCE

I have over 20 years work experience in the Tech and Travel industries. I've had the privilege of serving and scaling diverse teams to deliver innovative customer solutions for Google, Airbnb, STA Travel and United Airlines.

My background is a mix of tech start-ups, new business development, sales management, customer experience and family business.

My career progressed from frontline customer facing and individual contributor roles to leadership and Director level roles. I’ve experience working across EMEA and globally and as a result I’m an advocate for diversity & inclusion in business and in life.

I reached a point when I realised I wasn't living the life I had dreamt about. I knew I needed to make a BIG change!

MY TRANSITION TO COACHING

Although I achieved a lot in my career and thoroughly enjoyed the journey and the people I met along the way, I reached a point when I realised I wasn't living the life I dreamt about. I knew I needed to make a big change!

Through my own experience of executive coaching, I found the courage to leave my corporate role to pursue my personal goals to be with my two young children and to build my own coaching practice.

Today, I am a coach, mentor and facilitator ...and I love it!

Now that I've found balance and purpose in my life, I've never felt as much gratitude, been as challenged, or as energized, as I do now each day!
